Hide at the water’s edge

It lies in the Grietje Nature Reserve, part of Greater Kruger Park.

Over 100 bird species as well as some twenty mammals and reptiles have already been recorded and photographed.

For exceptional shots, the hide is set up at water level.

The 13-metre-long waterhole can accommodate large animals such as elephants.

You can use it freely, day and night.

It is equipped with electricity and cellular data reception.

With over ten years’ experience exploring this place, I’ll show you the sights of this park, which is as big as Switzerland.

I’ll take you as close as possible to the wildlife in a vehicle adapted for use on trails.

You’ll have complete freedom to choose how much time you spend on each subject to get the shot you want.

I’ll be at your side at all times to guide you through the shoot.

Wildlife tracking and bird watching

As far as possible, we’ll try to get as close as possible to the animals to experiment with different shots, while respecting the safety rules for large animals and their peace and quiet.

I’ll teach you how to recognize animal tracks left on the ground.

I am particularly trained in birdwatching and have a solid knowledge of local species for their identification.

We’ll listen to the sounds of the savannah to identify them and better understand the wildlife that surrounds us.
